So many of us long for the simple dignity of having someone “just listen.” Of having someone “just hear us” and understand – even for just a moment – what we face, what we feel, and what we fear. God gave us just one mouth, but two ears, for a good reason. At work you will gain respect, admiration and stature if you become known as one who listens. Just listen.
