At times, Blog visitors ask us to provide answers to questions without posting them on our Blog. We cannot offer that service to the public; we would be inundated.

At other times, Blog visitors write to us regarding issues that are too sensitive to raise in a publicly-published context, and so ask that we do not publish their question, but instead either (a) respond in an email without publishing the question or answer, or (b) speak with them for a short while without charge. We cannot offer that service to the public; we would be inundated.

To accommodate such requests, we do offer a Personal Response – Brief Telephone Consult on workplace issues lasting approximately 25-30 minutes for a prepaid fee of $150.00.

Those interested need to:

a. Acknowledge that they are aware Mr. Sklover and his partners are licensed to practice law only in the State of New York, an so do not opine or give counsel on matters of law in other states;

b. Provide a brief (no more than 150 words) description of their workplace issue, to save time on the telephone, by email to info@SkloverWorkingWisdom.com, and

c. Prepay the Brief Consult fee by telephone call to Mr. Sklover’s office, (212) 757-5000.
