I've reviewed your website, and it seems to me that you have been wrongfully terminated in a very serious way. It is usually the case that, when a deadline for appeal of a decision by a public body, such as a school board, or by a court, has passed, you have no recourse. However, I always believe that, somehow, there's always hope. I want you to consider contacting the nearest law school to where you are, and to call the Law School Dean's Office to inquire if there is a Law Clinic that might be able to help you. Law School Clinics are run by Professors, and staffed by students, who take on difficult cases like yours - without charge. I think this might the best avenue to pursue. I am so sorry for your predicament - you seem to be such an excellent teacher. It seems that the kids have been hurt by your dismissal. I hope this helps.

I am a teacher in the state of MS still looking for justice. I was wrongfully terminated. I had a hearing with an attorney. We did not win the case. It cost me around 13,ooo for this hearing which I didn't have the money. I had 20 days to appeal this case. I did not have the money, and the lawyer wanted all his money before he would take an appeal. (Imagine that) Anyway, I am looking for legal representation and I am told that because I didn't appeal that decision I have no recourse. Is this true? I have articles on my personal website on my behalf. www.justiceforpenny.com Thank you
