Sometimes a different perspective helps focus thoughts. Sometimes an experienced person has insights and lessons you need. We offer consultations to help you seven days/24 hours BY APPOINTMENT.

Mr. Sklover and his partners provide brief telephone consultations lasting approximately 25-30 minutes on workplace issues that (a) are too sensitive in nature to address in published Questions and Answers, yet (b) do not seem to call for a full-length consultation, as explained below. The charge for these brief telephone consultations on matters of employment negotiation and strategy lasting are $187 for 30 minutes, $374 for 60 minutes.

In either Brief Consult, you can provide Mr. Sklover with a brief summary of what your problem or opportunity, limited, though to 150 words. No documents will be reviewed.

b. Comprehensive Consultations (approx. 2 hrs.)    $750/$450

Mr. Sklover and his partners provide comprehensive consultations on employment problems, opportunities and strategies, by telephone, or in their NYC offices for those residing in the metro-New York area. Most consultations last from one to two hours, some less and some more. Regardless of the time used for the consultation, as well as for pre-consultation review of documents, the charge is the same: (a) $750; (b) for those earning less than $125,000 yearly, or in special circumstances, the fee may be lowered to $450.

  • Most every consultation begins with an in-depth review of the facts, events, circumstances of the matter, as well as the client’s goals.
  • In almost every consultation the focus is on what the client can do for him/herself prior to the introduction of attorneys.
  • In all consultations, the goal is the same: a plan to respond to the problem or opportunity at hand.
  • Because Mr. Sklover and his partners are licensed only in New York State, if they need to appear in court in other states they do so in conjunction with local counsel.

C. Telephone Consultations – PayPal Pre-Payment
