Your newsletter on “Making Arbitration Work For You, Not Against You” was one of the most helpful newsletters in your continuing newsletter series. Thank you very much for this. I find your newsletters most informative and helpful.

Dear Randy,
Thanks. So many people don’t know that, as “consumers” of arbitration services, they can choose among “vendors,” and have every right to set down rules, the procedures, and the time periods. In my opinion, and the opinion of many colleagues, some arbitration companies and arbitrators have gotten “out of hand.” As their “clients,” we can and should keep them “under control.” Thanks for writing in.

Dear Allen,
Thanks for the positive feedback. Coming from one of Seattle’s top legal recruiters, it is especially gratifying. I know you have published articles on alternative dispute resolution, and hope you found it of interest. And thanks for taking the time to write in.
Best, Al Sklover
