Private Consultation Fees:
Fees are set by your Annual Income (all sources) on the Honor System:
- up to $75,000 yearly: $85.00
- $75,001 to $150,000 yearly: $125.00
- $150,001 yearly and above: $175.00
Payment is required in Advance by MasterCard, Visa or Amex.
