So many people turn their heads away when they come upon their “enemies” at the office. Instead, I stare, seeking to see details I never saw before, seeking to understand the way they see the world, seeking to get a better idea of how the world sees them. Then I watch them some more, to learn some more. The more you understand your “enemies” at work, and understand their “ways,” the better you will be when dealing with them. And don’t worry – sooner or later you will have to deal with them.
