Questioning the “obvious.” Thinking “outside the box.” Original, creative, innovative thinking. If there is one thing that can help move the world toward progress, prosperity and fairness, it is innovative thinking. At work, you should not be afraid to “brainstorm.” People who are known for their ability to find new and better ways to do things are in great demand, and critically short supply.
