At work, do not fear giving serious consideration to seemingly outlandish ways, unlikely solutions, and wacky ways of doing things. Rather, develop the habit of doing so. It’s from those “brain-storming” sessions – whether public or private, formal or informal, in which “nothing is laughed at” – that “game-changing” innovations often appear out of your unleashed audacity.
