Sklover’s Thought for the Work Week

“I do not believe in a fate that falls on people however they act.
But I do believe in a fate that falls on people unless they act.”

– G.K. Chesterton
Writer, Poet, Philosopher

No one is immune from insecurity, unfairness, disappointment, injustice or pain at work, or in other parts of their life. They hit us all, to one degree or another, sooner or later. But, taking steps and devoting efforts to minimize difficulties and maximize opportunities at work, and in other parts of our lives, are available to us all. No matter the misfortune, a better work life is there for the taking, if only you reach for it.
