There are times and situations in which you may need to file a complaint about an improper activity, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, or other wrongdoing. These Model Memos show you “What to Say, and How to Say It”™ when you do. Included, also, are (i) how to follow up an “investigation” meeting with HR or Legal to confirm what took place, and (ii) how to respond if you are told, after a supposed investigation, “We’ve looked into it, and find no basis for your complaint.”
