Included is a model Support Letter from the employee’s Religious Leader in which she attests to the employee’s sincere devotion to the faith, and the tenet of the faith that would be violated by vaccination.

Description

For employees of certain religious faiths, that poses a very real and legitimate problem: to undergo vaccination would violate one or more of their sincerely held religious or spiritual beliefs. Employees are entitled to practice their faiths free from religious favoritism, religious discrimination or unreasonable interference with religion. For exemption from the Covid vaccination requirement, these employees need to provide convincing evidence of such beliefs, and agree to reasonable accommodations to enable their being unvaccinated which enable their fulfillment of their job duties, as well.
