“Winning without fighting is the best of skills.”
– Sun Tzu
This proverb is truly the essence of what I offer on this blogsite. It is precisely what I espouse for employees at work: fighting is costly, causes damage, and employers generally have greater resources to fight. Instead of fighting, the wisest path to getting what you deserve from work is to learn the art of “navigation and negotiation” for yourself at work. Learn to achieve your goals without unnecessary cost, damage or disruption. It is an art, a science, and a discipline that today is a matter of leading and living a good, productive, positive life. Just as it was, 1,500 years ago, when Sun Tzu wrote it.
