“The deep roots never doubt spring will come.”

The more “long winters” you’ve experienced, and the more you have felt long-term bone-chill, the less you will doubt each year that the “spring” will always arrive. Perhaps a little bit late, perhaps with a roar or perhaps with a whimper, but surely it will arrive. It’s your “deep roots” of faith, borne of experience, that each year gets you to the warmer, sunnier life-sustaining days. On that you can count, on that you can rely, on that you can plan, and on that you can bet. Don’t lose sleep, don’t lose hope and don’t lose faith . . . because here comes the sun.

This quote was submitted by Meredith L. a recent visitor to SkloverWorkingWisdom. What brought Meredith to our blog? A search about bully bosses and bullying colleagues, and she reports, she found just what she needed to “escape the winter cold.” Thank you, Meredith, for your reminder just when it is so very needed by us all.
