“There’s a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in.”

Nothing is perfect. Not all is just right. And things get broken, too. Sometimes we bemoan the “cracks” in front of us, beside us, and sometimes even all around us. It sure can seem like a fractured world. So often, though, we don’t appreciate those “cracks” for what they may be, and often are: opportunities to identify, understand, even improve what there is for us, and what we can do to make what’s in front of us better. It hurts a bit, and stings for a moment, to break the skin, and even go into the muscle, but – hey – that’s so often the way they get the medicine we need inside of us, precisely what is needed to help us regain and then maintain our health.
This insightful quote was anonymously submitted to us about two weeks ago by a blog reader. Whoever you are, and wherever you may be, know that your “light” got to us, and inside of us, as well. Thanks.
