“The most powerful thing anyone can say to you is what you say to yourself.”

This thought is really interesting. It is extremely insightful. You might even say it is penetrating. If you think you cannot achieve something, well, then you probably can’t. Yet, if you tell yourself you can achieve it, well, chances are you can.
If you tell yourself you are worthy of respect, then chances are others will show you respect, and, you will more likely feel authorized to steer clear of those who show you disrespect. Yes, you are more likely bound for success, more likely to be loved, and have many reasons to smile, if only you tell yourself that you are.
Entitled? No. Privileged? No. Guaranteed? No. Don’t let yourself get carried away with feeling “owed” anything. But, when you “speak” to yourself, do so softly, with support, caring and love . . . for those things you are unquestionably worthy, deserving and capable. Yes, what you say to yourself is really, really important . . . and powerful.
