“Being brave is not the absence of fear. Being brave is having that fear, but finding a way through it.”
– Bear Grylls
At the moment, significant uncertainties abound us. These uncertainties might affect all aspects of our lives, including our work lives. What’s the best response? Don’t get upset. Don’t panic. Don’t let yourself get paralyzed. And don’t look the other way. Instead, as they say, “Hope for the best, and plan – to the extent you can – for the worst.” Take a deep, slow breath. Keep your head on your shoulders, and your mind focused on “finding your way through it.” Like all periods of uncertainty, this, too, shall pass. And you will be a stronger person for it.
