Sklover’s Thoughts for the Work Week

Sklover’s Thoughts for the Work Week

“True Leaders know the way, go the way, and show the way.”

– John R. Maxwell

We always need leaders. We have a greater need for good leaders in times of crisis. The simple fact is that some people are better at leading than are others. Whether at work, in your community, your state or your nation, when you see a person aspiring to leadership who has vision, a plan, emotional intelligence, the necessary thick skin and who makes you feel confident, it’s in your interests and the interests of those you love, to show them support. Just like everyone else, leaders need encouragement, appreciation and, in this way, a kind of “guidance” from those who they lead. Whether it’s a note, a campaign check, an email or an appreciative “Smile and Thanks” in the hallway at work, support your good leaders. It can only help them lead.
